For Discussion Room/Meeting Room Booking
SCDC Rooms can be booked in some events such as interviews, meetings and more. However, students cannot book for studying or assignment purposes, unless in some special scenarios.
Please fill in the form accordingly to let us have a record. You may refer to the calendar above before you make a booking to avoid any clashed events.
Discussion Room - Small Room (2-3pax)
Meeting Room - Bigger Room (Up to 8 pax)
Guidelines for usage
Do keep the voice down as there are sessions and other work going on.
Maintain the cleanliness of the venue and return it to it's original state.
Ensure all lights and air-conditioning is off after usage.
Report any damage or faulty items to SCDC.
If you are not utilizing the booked rooms, please cancel the appointment by declining the event.
