About Leonard Personality Inventory (LPI)
The Leonard Personality Inventory (LPI) is used in helping individuals to develop their Emotional Intelligence (EQ) & creativity. The LEONARD Personality Inventory (LPI) & the LPI Software, is developed by Dr. Leonard Yong, an Educational & Industrial Psychologist who has in-depth experiences in consultation with many well-known organisations.
The Student Career Development Centre (SCDC) provides LPI assessments and services to TAR UMT students with the cost waived.
About Leonard Personality Centre of Excellence (LPCOE)
LPCOE's objectives
To promote and encourage researches in the field of psychology especially personality development.
To engage academic staff and students in research activities related to Leonard personality Inventory.
To share research findings so that TAR UC researchers can conduct further researches related to LPI Model.
To conduct corporate training to clients and generate income through the training to fund the research activities for the center.
The centre was officially launched on 11th April 2014 by former President of Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (now TAR UMT) Datuk Dr Tan Chik Heok.
